HR Knowledge and Portal Manager

Frazer Jones are supporting a global business in securing an HR Knowledge and Portal Manager. This is an exciting new opportunity which has arisen through a large transformation programme.
You will manage day-to-day operations and configurations required for the HR Knowledge base using ServiceNow technology.

Main Duties

  • Support the execution of the knowledge strategy and plan ensuring all relevant procedural and legislation
  • Responsible for the continued management, design, development and configuration of the HR Portal and knowledge management module
  • Creation of a knowledge governance structure including approval structure
  • Ensuring that all content meets our guidelines, tone of voice and quality standards, as well as the needs of different audiences (personas/roles/jurisdictions),
  • Creation and maintenance of the content within the companies HR Knowledge base ensuring quality and consistency
  • Defining and leading the ongoing governance of knowledge articles residing in the portal to ensure content is relevant to support ongoing business process needs and stakeholder feedback
  • Collaborating with HR SME and senior stakeholders across international and other stakeholders to curate and prioritise portal content
  • Developing metrics to identify and shape improvements to ensure overall operational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience
  • Manage knowledge roles and permissions with knowledge management technology
  • Collaborate where required with translation services for languages as required
  • Work closely with the Change team to align the Knowledge offering as part of Program EPIC
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR Knowledge using AI functionality (ChatBot/Digitial Assistant)
  • Create, foster and maintain a collaborative, innovative and customer focused knowledge team

About you

  • Experience of employee facing knowledge management technology (For example, ServiceNow, Sales Force or other)
  • Understanding of knowledge base structures and methodologies
  • Experience of automation around knowledge (for example knowledge templates, and chat bots)
  • Experience of enterprise-wide portal technology, taxonomy and integrations
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of knowledge content and translating need analysis
  • Excellent writing skills translating practices, steps and enquiries into easily consumable content
  • Good project management, analytical, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and resolve problems
  • Proof reading and attention to detail
