We are working exclusively with an Outstanding Media Brand based in Central London on a permanent vacancy for a HR Manager to join their team.
This is an autonomous role, reporting directly into their Senior HR Business Partner collaborating with Senior Stakeholders and the wider people team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a complex creative environment working on the full employee lifecycle.
- Working with the leadership teams across the business
- Driving forward and developing the careers talent development programme
- Updating HR policies in line with changing legislation and the companies' needs
- Advising managers at all levels on effective employee relations, learning and development, and the implementation of policies and processes
- Reviewing monthly HR metrics
- Championing continuous employee learning and development
- 5+ years experience in a HR role
- Be experienced at HR Manager/Business Partner level and be confident offering and tailoring advice to all levels of seniority across the business
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have worked in a fast-paced, changeable environment
