As the HR manager you will have the responsibility of managing an HR advisor and an executive assistant who will support you all the BAU HR activities.
The HR Managers role will be to lead on all HR matters including &D, employee engagement, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, management development, HR information systems (HRIS) and financial planning. It will be key for the HR manager to build strong relationships within the business and become an influential part of the senior management team.

With the support of the HR advisor and executive assistant, the HR manager will need to develop and implement L&D approaches to support the business' needs.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional in-depth HR experience, coming from the professional services sector with an ability to think on their feet whilst maintaining professionalism.
