With one of the HR Managers taking a secondment internally, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and professional HR Manager on a six month basis. This is a pivotal role in a fast paced, fun and inspiring environment.
Salary is up to £53K + Benefits
As the interim HR Manager, you will report into the Head of HR and will support and develop the team covering a full range of disciplines. You will also act as the primary contact for all day-to-day HR Matters. Such duties will include managing and advising on complex ER Cases, supporting the appraisal process, taking a lead with the recruitment process, assisting the development of HR processes and ensuring all practices comply with all current employment legislation.
To be successful in this role you will have an impressive work history operating as a HR Manager, have experience of dealing with complex ER Cases and have a good understanding of HR databases and reporting skills
