This leading international law firm based in the City of London is looking for a HR Manager to join its team.
Joining a wider HR team, this position will see you supporting a key practice group for the firm and primarily responsible for its fee earning population. In an EMEA focused role this position will see the successful candidate driving the people agenda through your group supporting on key projects and initiatives.
Working collaboratively with the wider generalist team and the centres of excellence both in the UK and across EMEA this role will see you partnering closely with key stakeholders, driving change and implementing key projects. Alongside more strategic project activity you will also be involved in cyclical processes working with peers to drive performance review cycles, promotion rounds amongst others.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who are already working at HRM/BP level ideally from a professional services/partnership environment looking for their next challenge.
You will be a strong HR generalist with solid partnering skills with proven experience of having worked in a fast paced commercial environment.
