The firm's ideal hire will have comprehensive knowledge in a variety of areas like recruitment (business services and legal), diversity & inclusion, learning and development, and employee relations. Well developed interpersonal skills, and strong client service and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Suited candidates will have 5+ years of experience working in a law firm or a professional services firm and previous experience managing HR programs as the candidate will be working alongside Practice leaders to oversee the Summer Associate program. The environment is one in which confidentiality, superior time management and organizational skills, and the ability to partner and influence across Human Resources staff to senior-level personnel are essential.
