Our client is a dynamic and successful manufacturing business with a major presence across Europe. We are now seeking an exceptional and accomplished Human Resources Lead to join this international firm to lead HR for the French perimeter.
This high profile and critical HR Manager role will have responsibility for working very closely with the senior leadership team, and partnering directly with the Country General Manager for France. This HR business partnering role reports directly to the Regional Senior HR Executive Director, based in Italy, and acts as a key member of the regional HR country team across Europe. Our client is at a pivotal stage in driving business transformation, supporting the ongoing international development of the business. Based in the French HQ in Saint-Denis, this high-priority role will be responsible for driving business performance across France, deploy and implement global policies and ensure generalist processes are carefully followed. The HR lead will also drive change management, facilitating people development and employee engagement, as well as leading social relations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in similar senior HR generalist roles. A Master's degree in Human Resources is highly desirable. Fluency in English, and sound knowledge of French Labour relations are imperative. Additionally, a strong international background, and ability to successfully collaborate across a matrix to drive and deliver results will be essential.
