Our client is a fast paced organisation of 200 + employees Post-IPO' and growing quickly in the UK and now into the US.
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations manager, skilled with making improvements to people process, policies, systems and data.
You will take the lead with people process to ensure the quality and most efficient flow of work. Ensuring high quality delivery in agreed time frames.
Partnering with outsourced providers, do we have the right partnerships in place to support us?
Be the lead on data and analytics, what tools do we have available to us to draw people insight? how do we get the best people reports from what we have?
Overhaul our policies in line with legislation. Advise leaders on ER in line with UK and US legislation/policy
Driving a wide range of projects from looking at a case management system to getting an employee survey off the ground.
Partner with external partners to review pay and reward frameworks, are we competitive, is what we have in place sustainable and compliant?
Review benefits offering UK, US and Europe, including pension and share plans.
Be the Lead person for audit readiness, including SOX
