I am currently partnering with a Corporate and Investment Bank with a global presence who are looking to hire a HR Operations Manager for their London branch. You will report directly into the UK Head of HR and have responsibility for advising the bank on approved business policies and practices whilst keeping the bank with the regulatory framework.
Whilst taking ownership and responsibility for the administration of the SMCR system, as well as regulatory and business reporting, you will also have oversight for benefits management and end to end processing of the UK payroll. Alongside the core responsibilities you will also assist with standard HR processes such as performance management, talent acquisition and complex ER cases where required.
This truly is a broad, hands-on role with excellent exposure across the HR function whilst taking responsibility for the HR regulatory piece. Therefore, to be successful within this role, candidates will need a strong understand of SMCR and Financial Services, as well as demonstrable experience of working on broader HR activities such as benefits and payroll.
