This is an HR project management opportunity, working with the wider HR function as well as centres of excellence. The core aims of this position are to help the business improve and develop more efficient and effective HR processes.
The role works as part of a global, matrix based firm with a fast paced culture. It requires an individual who has a strong working knowledge of the HR function and proven experience successfully managing and delivering HR programmes and projects. A strong understanding and ability to manipulate data to inform decisions and improve processes is key. The role will make recommendations on the development of existing or new systems to support the organisations commitment to diversity & inclusion. The incumbent will need to be able to manage the incoming local and jurisdictional requirements on process and solutions balancing global consistency with local relevance.
The ideal candidate would have project management experience and an understanding of how to manipulate data working with HR information systems (HRIS) and a knowledge of the Hr function.
The ability to engage the wider business with a strong problem solving mindset would be key to success in this role. The business are very collaborative and are looking for someone that is an accountable team player who is able to work in a fast paced environment with a geographically dispersed team.
