We are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a UK based Asset Manager who are looking to recruit an HR Systems Manager to help them upgrade their current solution and deliver a complete end-to end implementation of a new cloud based platform. Available on an initial 12 month fixed term contract (with an option to extend or even convert to permanent) this role will take the reins of this transformation project from its earliest launch. You will assist with the selection of new vendor submissions (beauty parade) to replace the existing HRIS and take and act as a trusted advisor to assist with the selection process of the new solution, looking at cost implications, system capability, training burden, data outputs to ensure the new HRIS offers the business a 'future proofed' cloud based lifespan. Once the new platform has been chosen, this role will then move into the data phase, assisting with data cleansing of the old solution in preparation of data transfer and final Gold build of the new tenant. You'll work with the implementation partner to ensure project milestones are met for 'go-live' target and work with business leaders and HR leadership to translate operational data requirements into robust reporting and dashboard creation. It's essential that these dashboards can deliver both standard and custom MI reporting to the stakeholders, so the business is looking for key strengths in both the creation of system reporting as well as the wider understanding of real time data usage to inform and support people based decisions. Once 'go-live' has been achieved this role will then work with the business and implementation partner to provide post go-live 'hyper care' and to support this phase, you'll help to create robust, user friendly training materials to ensure clean system functionality and deliver training to identified system superusers. Once this implementation is complete, the role is then predicted to remain in post as the HR Systems Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved at the earliest stage of a root and branch upgrade of a key HCM and LMS System. As a result the business is looking to meet HRIS Managers who are immediately available and who have completed a number of end to end HRIS upgrades, from initial scoping, go-live, hyper-care and return to BAU.
