My client is an international law firm who is looking for a HR Transformation lead (minimal 1 year FTC with high chance to extend) to manage a small team in Asia to cope with their HR processes re-engineering:

  • the key elements in this role is to define their HR strategy and according values, analyse and revise current HR processes to more efficient ways of working
  • contribute to the design of a delivery model for their HR services
  • being part of the global project team to roll out the interfaces in Asia
  • taking a crucial part as the testing driver and reporting to Global PM on issues and feedback

Requiremnts of the role:

  • minimal of 10 years of HR experience with knowledge in Workday (HRIS)
  • Strong program management experience and fast to respond to questions or concerns
  • excellent communications skills in English is required
  • short notice / immediate availability is highly preferred
