Our firm is currently partnering with a premier, privately-owned investment firm that serves some of the world's most influential families and organizations. Our client is seeking a tenured HRIS/Payroll professional to manage their payroll processes, HRIS system and people analytics as a critical member of their Human Capital team.
This person will be responsible for all aspects of Payroll, HRIS, and People Analytics, working closely with the HRIS Systems & Analytics Lead and partnering across the business as a first point of contact to the business, fielding questions and resolving problems in a consultative and strategic manner.
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of Payroll/HRIS experience from a wealth management setting, though similarly competitive environments will be considered, and experience in reporting and analytics. This person should have a strong working knowledge of federal, state (NY & CA), and local tax regulations, and excellent experience in HRIS systems such as Greenhouse and/or ADP Workforce Now.
