A global financial services business is recruiting a Workday Manager to join them on an initial 6 month contract (role is forecast to extend or become permanent) This interesting role will assist with embedding and stabilising processes, data and day to day administration in Workday of a specific population. The role will also offer a mix between managing an operational team (of 4, situated offsite), proactively partnering with local and global stakeholders and leading discussions with HR and the Business to shape the end to end workflow, understanding impact and requirements both up- and down-stream of the HCM system, understanding the requirements of tracking niche populations globally. You will work with other Workday product owners to ensure a seamless and positive user experience including logging defects, testing fixes and change requests. Help to identify, understand, recommend and document processes and improvements to current workflows in Workday/HR and throughout the end to end process involving non-HR businesses. You will liaise with COO's, business partners and other main stakeholders in order to assist with achieving agreed deliverables and work with offshore resources. As a result the bank is looking to meet candidates with prior experience of Workday business processes combined with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead operational teams and build robust relationships with internal stakeholders.
