Human Capital Operations Lead

We are partnering with a high-growth proprietary trading firm in search of their Human Capital Operations lead. This role will sit in their downtown Manhattan location with hybrid work potential. This operations professional will report to the Head of HR and will touch many aspects of the function, most specifically helping to lead efforts around compliance, benefits, immigration and HRIS. It will require both strategic and administrative ability and is ideal for an HR professional who excels with project/process oriented work and would thrive working in close partnership with senior leaders of the firm.
The ideal skillset will include 5+ years of experience including compliance, benefits administration/strategy and HR systems management, ideally with some exposure to immigration, payroll and compensation. Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset will be critical to success. Individuals with experience in financial services or technology environments will be most aligned to this opportunity.
This role will join a small, high caliber HR team with an all hands on deck mentality to support the needs of a growing organization. This is a new role for the organization, and an exciting opportunity to lead efforts supporting their growing HR operational needs.
