Our client, a best practices consumer goods firm, is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner for their manufacturing site located in the Kansas City, Kansas area (relocation assistance provided if needed). The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience leading HR initiatives, including labor relations, while sitting onsite in a plant setting. The facility has about 350 employees (exempt, non-exempt, unionized) and the HRBP will look after all aspects of the people function from driving transformation & change with new leadership to engagement, organizational change, recruitment, learning, employee & labor relations, compensation, onboarding, talent, performance management, OD, payroll, policy interpretation and labor contract negotiations. In this highly visible role, you will manage and develop 3 direct reports (previous management experience highly preferred) while reporting in to the Head of HR for North America.
