The job is for a HR generalist to work on large scale change projects that will shape and plan the methods, processes, comms and timing of change - TUPE, organisational redesign, redeployment and even redundancy in some pockets. The change projects are based on positive business improvement and creating opportunities.
To apply, you will have a strong practical HR background with lots of change experience but ideally some TUPE, harmonisation and restructuring experience.
