Frazer Jones are delighted to be working with a FTSE 250 business who are looking to hire an Interim Group Reward Analyst for a period of 12 months.
The role will report into the Head of Reward and will sit in the wider compensation and benefits team.
Working as part of this small team, you will have exposure to a wide variety of reward [topics] and play a key role in the delivery of the reward agenda.
You key responsibilities include:
- Lead the delivery of the global annual pay review cycle;
- Lead the delivery of the global management bonus plan;
- Manage the implementation of global share incentive plans;
- Manage the completion of all cyclical benefits and renewals e.g. cycle to work & PMI;
- Completing the Gender Pay Gap reporting;
- Supporting the HR business partners with reward queries and decisions, including the development of reward offers for senior recruits and promotions; and
- Working on ad-hoc reward projects throughout the year, including research and analysis together with the development of recommendations.
This role is ideal for someone who has a few years' reward experience at the Senior Reward Analyst or Reward Manager level and has strong analytical skills, advanced excel skills and is able to work collaboratively across the Group.
Reward partner & subject matter expert
This role is the primary reward contact for the UK HR Business Partners to support them with reward queries and decisions, including the development of reward offers for senior recruits and promotions.
As a reward SME you will also have contact with key stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Tax and Payroll and provide timely and accurate advice to colleagues on reward related policies and procedures. In this regard, the role requires critical thought and is pivotal in the continuous improvement of the global reward processes. This role is also involved in activity such as the production of employee reward communications, tailoring letters and contracts and preparing management insight papers.
Annual Pay Review and Bonus Cycles
You'll manage the annual pay review and bonus plan, particularly for the management community internationally. This could also involve benchmarking of jobs, completing salary and benefit surveys as required and contributing to the design and implementation of new incentive arrangements, both in the UK and overseas.
Share Plans and Benefits
Knowledge of share schemes would be beneficial as we offer performance share plans for our senior colleagues as well as share incentive plans for all our colleagues. This role will be responsible for the delivery of the annual share incentive plan.
You'll ensure that the administration of all UK benefit arrangements is managed effectively and support the communication and promotion of these benefits. You will leverage and manage vendor relationships, including assisting the Head of Reward with the selection and supervision of any necessary benefit consultants and brokers.
As a result the business is looking to meet talented Reward Analysts/ Senior Reward Analysts with proven experience in supporting the design and implementation or reward policies and year-end processes. The ability to work with large data-sets and manipulate data for reporting/visualisation together with experience of job evaluation and salary grading. Whilst based in London, the business is anticipating that employees will work 3 days remotely once the current travel restrictions are lifted
