I am delighted to be working with a leading employer in the Wiltshire area who are looking for a highly skilled Internal Recruiter to join their team.
This is a newly created role reporting into the Recruitment Manager and building a recruitment function from scratch. The target they are hoping to achieve is 200 people in 6 months and you will be driving this.
You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment to include, direct sourcing and attraction via job boards, Linked-In and social media in order to identify and engage candidates with specific skill sets. You will screen and interview suitable candidates to SLA's and report on recruitment processes with hiring managers on time to hire, market information and candidates expectations.
As the Internal Recruiter you will be involved with organising and running national recruitment campaigns', following up leads and staying up to date on all relevant market information to ensure you are attracting and retaining the best possible talent.
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience of recruiting within a fast paced and high volume role. This can be within agency or inhouse and ideally within Health Care.
You will have the ability to utilise and maximise social media for candidate attraction and will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills as well as being highly articulate, patient and driven.
