My client a Retail brand are looking to hire a Junior HR Business Partner on a 9-12-month contract in Northwest London.
Working in a busy team of 9 you will be directly responsible for a client group of 130 and will also be supporting the 3 HR Business Partners.
The ideal candidate will already have Business Partnering experience and feel comfortable managing their own ER case load. You have experience managing areas such as probation and performance reviews and will some strategic business partnering experience. You will act as trusted advisor, coach and consultant to our leaders and people managers by building strong relationships and providing a commercial people perspective. Facilitate a culture of high performance, helping develop and retain our great talent and taking action to eliminate under performance. Provide creative solutions to ER challenges, keeping abreast of all legislative changes and best practice, implementing solutions in line with company values.
The ideal candidate will have previous retail or e-comms experience. You must have the ability to influence at all levels with a positive and proactive attitude. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and have good HR Systems knowledge.
