Our client is a well-established global law firm. There is now an excellent opportunity for a seasoned L&D Specialist (Asia) to join their high performing team.

Reporting to the L&D Director, you are responsible for designing and delivering learning programs for employees across functions. This is a regional individual contributor role. You will understand the needs of the organization by maintaining a close partnership with internal stakeholders and liaising closely with the global team.

The Successful Applicant should have solid experience in designing and conducting training for employees across all different functions. The key to your success will be your proactive attitude and your ability to design, facilitate and implement learning and leadership development solutions as well as driving regional learning projects. You should have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Consulting experience would also be beneficial. Experience in law firm or professional services sector is preferred.
