I am excited to be working with a global technology business on their search for a Leadership Development Manager!
In this role you will design and deliver the leadership development programme for not only their senior leadership teams but also emerging leaders. You will also work with the wider Talent team to define the leadership behaviours and framework for the business.
The organisation are looking for a commercial, data focussed individual who uses data to inform decision making. You will get to know the culture of the organisation in order to understand ways of working and identify ways to help drive the business forward. You will also work closely with the wider team on the D&I strategy, in order to create pathways for diverse talent in the organisation.
In order to be successful in this role you will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and will be able to quickly translate ideas into action. You will ideally have worked in a small to medium size company previously. You will be a strong relationship builder, who can quickly gain credibility with stakeholders and have a warm, friendly delivery style.
The business have been on an exciting growth journey over the past few years so it's a brilliant time to join! The company has really embraced agile working over the past few months and are looking to remain flexible moving forwards.
Salary: £55-70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
