A highly-reputable international law firm are looking to hire an Learning and Development Coordinator to sit within their team based in London. In this role, you will report directly into the Senior L&D Manager and provide high quality administrative support to the team. In this role, your main responsibilities will include scheduling, organising and administering the firm's training sessions and talent management. You will liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure all training sessions are fully planned for as well as producing training materials aligned to trainer instructions. This is a really great opportunity to develop your skills and propel your career in the Learning and Development space.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience working in either a Human Resources or Learning and Development Administrator capacity within a professional services environment, ideally within a partnership model. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a positive and proactive attitude.
The firm are offering up to £26,000 for the successful candidate, and are based in London.
