We are currently partnering with an exciting, high-growth, technology business to hire an Learning & Development Manager to take ownership of the organisations learning offerings and further develop management and leadership capabilities. The role will work closely with the CPO and HR Director and will support leadership across all areas of the business.
The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a full suite of learning initiatives to support the continuous growth and development of the organisation. They will act as a consultant to various leaders within the business to decipher their learning needs and develop programmes to suit the development of themselves and their teams. The L&D Manager will also use learning as a driver to impact culture change within the organisation and positively impact engagement levels. A key focus of this role will be to work with the management and leadership populations and design and deliver programmes to support them in improving capability and their continuous development.
