We now have an exceptional opportunity for a high profile and new role for an Organisational Development and Change Manager for one of the leading multinational companies in Switzerland.
Our client is an industry leading multinational base in Switzerland with over 100,000 employees across 40 countries globally. The organisation is preparing for a new phase of growth and they are currently seeking an influential Organisational Development and Change Manager to lead on a variety of change projects across the global business. A diverse array of challenges will be related to employee engagement, talent, learning, organisational culture change, diversity and inclusion and technology transformation. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing change management strategies that enable and sustain change through stakeholder buy-in and engagement. The role holder will influence the planning and delivery of HR strategy through the HR/people transformation and change portfolio - championing change and project management excellence for long term change success. The role is based in the Zurich area.
We are looking for an outstanding people and change leader with the talent, energy and a detail-oriented approach to be successful in this new role. Working closely with the Global Head of OD, you will bring a strong track record of success in driving strategic people projects that have led to positive organisational outcomes. You will have strong experience in planning, managing and delivering HR/people transformation and change in a large international organization with proven benefits. Experience of managing work in an international context is key and you will have built an understanding of how to influence and achieve outcomes effectively with different working cultures.
