I am partnering with a market leading Travel & Tourism company based in central London on their search for a Organisational Development & Learning Business Partner for a 12 month contract.
The BP will be responsible for partnering with the broader people team to delivery the learning, talent and engagement strategy that will enable the delivery of the business strategy. Managing a team of 3 you will be responsible for Capability development, Talent Development, Engagement, Organisation & Planning.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Management of senior leadership development programmes
- Design & Implement the High Po programme
- Talent & succession planning
- Annual engagement survey
- Overall L & D offering responsibility within the business
- Manage the Reward & Recognition programme
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in design and delivery for senior leadership audiences. MSc in Occupational Psychology or a Leadership/Coaching qualification. Experience managing large learning budgets.
