Payroll Coordinator - £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus - City of London
Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a leading Law firm on the recruitment of a Payroll Coordinator on a permanent basis.
This role will be working and reporting into a Team lead located nationally.
This client is offering hybrid working.
The role:
- Maintain and manage payroll inbox for the firm's population.
- Enter and check payroll data against system ensuring information is correct.
- Collate HR payroll related data and supporting documentation eg - starters, leavers maternity ETC.
- Maintaining employees records on Payroll system ensuring information is up to date and correct.
- Working closely with HR and finance ensuring information is being shared.
Skills Required:
- Strong UK monthly payroll knowledge
- Be able to calculate payroll manually
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Be based in the UK.
