We are delighted to be partnering with an Italian progressive multinational, HQ'd in Milan, quickly becoming one of the leading companies in the identification, development, and manufacturing of natural active principles in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

With a heavy focus and expertise in the R&D of botanical elements, they are looking to strengthen their HR team by recruiting a Payroll Manager to join their Global HQ in Milan, and lead Payroll activities for their Italian Population!

The objective of the role is to act as the sole point of contact and HR expert regarding the personnel administration activities related to 4 legal entities (1 Holding, 2 R&D sites, 1 Commerical Subsidiary - approx. 600 employees).

We are looking for a bright and experienced Payroll Manager, who will lead Payroll projects and the full implementation of Zucchetti Infinity, while also learning from and quickly becoming the successor of the current HR Admin Manager!

You will join a wider HR Admin Team of 4, and will have the possibility developing a team of your own to support you in your day-to-day activities.

You will feel confident managing Payroll for a complex and ever growing organization, having dealt directly with Attendance, Sick leaves, inhouse payslip development, F24 verifications, payroll reporting in SAP, yealry audits etc.

You will also be a SuperUser of Zucchetti Infinity - the tool the business has just integrated to lead Payroll activities in the wider group.

Finally, you will be deeply passionate and have strong previous experience in driving Payroll and HR Admin. for a complex international business, and will be very familiar with activities such as ensuring the correct completion of all administrative processes; supervising and guaranteeing the correct audit and processing of payslips and attendance records, ensuring the compliance of the law/CCNL/procedures/agreements and company regulations, and much more!
