Our client, a prestigious global investments firm, based at trendy offices in an ideal location in the City, are seeking a Pensions & Benefits Specialist on a maternity cover contract. You will be joining a welcoming and collaborative HR team and will report directly to the Head of Benefits for EMEA.
On the Pensions side, you will coordinate all pension activity for the UK and have full oversight of pension arrangements across EMEA. Working alongside International Compensation & Benefits colleagues and local brokers you will gain a thorough understanding of the firms pension arrangements. You will be managing the day-to-day group personal pension plan and liaising with pension consultants and vendors and will be responsible for administering the UK DC Pensions to all employees. You will also be responsible for managing the events with regards to all pension plans for the UK, including quarterly trustee meetings, production of the annual newsletter, annual presentations and webinars.
On the Benefits side, you will work with the Benefits team to ensure they are trained to respond to complex pensions queries. You will also manage, develop and track the international Compensation & Benefits budgets and cost centres. You will design, develop and implement a Financial Wellbeing Strategy to educate and support employees and assist with other adhoc projects as required, such as M&A activity.
Our client are seeking a candidate with a good deal of pensions expertise, you must have administered DC pensions previously, have attended trustee meetings and managed the relationship with a pensions provider. In addition, any experience in Benefits or Wellbeing is also desirable.
