An innovative & dynamic technology firm are seeking a People Analytics Partner to join their growing HR team. You will lead the management of, support and maintain of all HR data for the firm, producing reports, insights & analytics as well as assisting the HRIS Manager in the implementation of the firms new cloud based HRIS, Workday.
You will support the firm in becoming more data driven and data led by producing insightful people data to support stakeholders in their business objectives on an ad-hoc basis, as well as providing the business more broadly with regular key people metrics. You will have full ownership of the data across the HR function, ensuring it is accurate and up to date on their systems. You will also work across the Finance and IT department to ensure that data reporting is carried out in a consistent way across the firm. You will manage all risks relating to data governance across the HRIS and make sure the data protection policies are enforced and adhered to.
You will be a highly driven individual, who thrives in working in fast paced environments, with strong emotional intelligence and a true self-starter, having previously worked in standalone positions in the past. You will be a hands-on subject matter expert in all things data focused for the firm and will have expertise in providing in depth HR data insights using Excel and visualisation tools such as power BI and/or Tableau. You will also have a knowledge of Workday or a similar HRIS.
This role is paying up to £65,000 (prorated for 3-4 month FTC) with good potential for extension or a permanent contract at the end of this period. For more information about this fantastic opportunity, please get in contact and apply today!
