We are currently supporting an extremely successful Technology Start-up in their ambitious expansion plans across Europe.
As such, we are currently running a search for a brilliant HR Business Partner to lead HR for the France Head Office, as well as act as the international subject matter expert on local labour relations, employment law and talent needs in France and, potentially, wider Southern Europe.
Partnering directly with the General Manager in Paris, this pivotal People & Culture role will be responsible for managing and developing the People Agenda and supporting on a broad range of HR activities.
This person will also play an active role in the wider European People Team, and will work directly with the Chief People Officer based in the UK.
The ideal candidate will be an established People & Culture professional, who possesses exceptional organisational skills combined with a sound knowledge of France's Labour regulations, and who is used to a fast paced matrix environment.
A background in FMCG, Logistics, Automotive or Technology sectors would be highly suitable.
Fluency in English and French are required. Additionally, a good command of Spanish and / or Italian would be a great plus.
