We have a current opportunity for a Recruiter - Insurance, on a permanent full-time basis.

The position will offer hybrid working and also based in their offices in the City of London.

About:

You will work within the Talent Acquisition CoE, aligned to the insurance vertical (but not exclusively) to continue the enterprise growth: enhancing client experience, driving revenue growth and innovation.

This role reports to the Head of talent Acquisition - EMEA & APAC.

You will partner with key stakeholders (BU & HR) providing a full cycle TA service, delivering on real time needs as well as pipeline and succession requirements. You will be comfortable generating diverse candidate slates sourced from passive and active pools and be able to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective talent.

You will utilise the latest ATS & CRM technology to ensure an efficient and compliant recruitment process. You will be a diversity champion and ensure inclusion is a core value of the talent agenda, continuing to build on the broad demographic across the business.

The ideal candidate will be:

An established recruiter who has experience managing the full cradle to grave recruitment cycle, from manager engagement through to offer.

You will be comfortable operating in the UK as well as our EMEA locations and capable of working as part of a global virtual team, providing seamless stakeholder engagement.

You will have experience in the Insurance/ InsurTech sector (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Sales and Research), within an agency and/or an in-house TA team.

You are passionate about what you do, and the consistent high quality of your work makes you stand out amongst your peers.

You have strong attention to detail and strive to optimise processes to create efficiencies.

You are energised by asking questions and thinking creatively to develop innovative talent solutions.

Your influencing and flexible engagement style with stakeholders make you a vital part of the growth & success of the company.

You will have experience across commercial and product orientated roles from sales directors, consultants to sector analysts.
