Strategic Business Functions Recruiter (m/w/d)
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Identify different recruitment strategies to reach out high quality candidates in multiple regions.
- Support candidates in the entire process including the hiring needs and negotiations
- Being up to date in trends and techniques on topics such as sourcing, selection, interview, negotiation and expert functions.
- Optimize the recruitment process
- Provide an excellent and efficient recruitment experience to enhance the candidate conversion and employer brand of the company
- Keep track of the recruitment funnels, market and candidate insights
- International recruitment experience
- Excellent communication skills in both, English and German
- Passion for recruitment techniques and strategies
- Experience in active sourcing
- Experience in high volume recruitment
- Ability to stablish strong relationships with stakeholders from different levels
- Experience working with ambitious KPIs in a consulting firm, B2B sales or corporate environment (Preferred)
