Our client, a leading Financial Services firm with headquarters in New York City, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. The coordinator will collaborate with the firm's recruiters and play an active role in all aspects of the recruitment process. Responsibilities will include scheduling and monitoring candidate interviews and helping facilitate various ad hoc recruiting tasks as needed. The firms seeks top tier candidates with a bachelor's degree in any field of study, prior experience in a fast paced recruiting/HR role which requires multitasking and problem solving, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with stakeholders at any level. Keen attention to detail and project management skills, as well as sound judgment, are required. Service-oriented individuals who adapt quickly and collaborate effectively will excel in this role.
