Recruitment Administrator

An exciting opportunity exists for an immediately available HR Administrator/Coordinator who is looking to join a high performing team for a 12- month assignment. This position supports recruitment related activities and requires high level coordination skills.

Assisting the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for recruitment related administration, screening CVs, managing employee files and ad hoc tasks as required.

You will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, coupled with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role within an internal recruitment team or agency
  • You will thrive in a fast-moving enrichment
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Your ability to engage and build strong relationships with various stakeholders will be second to none
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

This role requires immediate start and offers flexible working arrangements.
