We are looking for an excellent Recruitment Coordinator for our client, based in London. To expand their team, they are looking for a driven and well organised individual and help out with the day-to-day recruitment administration. You will be the one who takes care of the entire administration process and make sure it goes as smoothly as possible.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the Recruitment team with any recruitment administration.
- Scheduling interviews with the candidates and hiring managers.
- You will provide a great candidate experience to all applicants and provide a clear status update for all candidates who applied or interviewed.
- Managing the shortlist for the team and advertise jobs across all digital platforms.
- Doing the telephone interviews and delivering feedback to the team.
These will be just a few of your main responsibilities. As the Recruitment Coordinator you are a great communicator and with an eye for detail. Being in a fast paced and hands on environment makes you enthusiastic. You bring your own knowledge to the team and you are open and eager to learn new ones as well. After screening CVs and speaking to candidates, you will understand what a good candidate looks like and who could be a good fit for the job.
