I'm currently partnering with a leading European Private Equity listed firm who are on an aggressive scale up journey at a local and global level. The PE firm has over $40bn in FUM with an investment and portfolio team of 300 employees with a client base of around 40 businesses comprising over 50,000 employees worldwide. My client is looking for a 2IC Recruitment Manager to create and deliver a best-in-class service not only to the internal business but the take to market proposition.
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will have the ability to help shape and grow the offering from the ground up including brand, candidate journey, ATS, data driven insights, sourcing strategies as well as driving an internal referral model for current and future needs. You will also feel comfortable navigating through ambiguity, working with pace as well as bringing recommendations of innovation along with market insights to the table.
You will come with a proven track record in recruiting within financial or professional services and ideally from a SME business as you will need to be hands on recruiting for all roles at all levels. Whilst the business partners with search firms and this is unlikely to change, you will need to be on the tools as well as working with the Head of to ensure you are an enabler to the business to attract talent into this high performing team.
You will possess both high EQ/IQ to build strong trusted relationships driven by a commercial mindset and have the intellect to understand the business challenges and to be seen as being in the business not just a service to reach an outcome. You will have the opportunity to be stretched in role, coached, and mentored by a seasoned highly regarded Head of.
