I am currently partnering with one of the world's leading professional service firms with a large global footprint. This Talent Acquisition project management opportunity will be working in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence and the wider HR function. The core aims of this position are to help the business improve and develop more efficient and effective talent tracking processes that support recruitment objectives.
The role works as part of a global, matrix based firm with a fast paced culture. It requires an individual who has a strong working knowledge of the applicant tracking and on boarding process and proven experience with the talent attraction cycle. A strong understanding and ability to manipulate data to inform decisions and improve processes is key. The role will make recommendations on the development of existing or new systems within the applicant attraction and tracking process. The incumbent will need to be able to manage the incoming local and jurisdictional requirements on process and solutions balancing global consistency with local relevance.
The ideal candidate would have project management experience and an understanding of how to manipulate data working with HR information systems (HRIS) and Applicant tracking systems (ATS).
The ability to engage the wider business with a strong problem solving mindset will be key to success in this role. The business are very collaborative and are looking for someone that is an accountable team player who is able to work in a fast paced environment with a geographically dispersed team.
