They are looking for a highly talented and successful Resourcing Partner to join their team in Manchester, this position will lead the way in talent attraction, talent sourcing and deliver a first-class recruitment experience.

As the Resourcing Partner you will report into the Head of Resourcing and will ensure all candidates and line managers receive a seamless experience when hiring. You will support across the entire end to end process to include, initial briefings, understanding the current and future hiring needs, develop detailed recruitment briefs and assist in writing job descriptions. You will take accountability for advertising all vacancies on relevant job boards and social media sites and will proactively source and build talent pipelines of suitable candidates. You will screen CV's, arrange interviews, and support managers with interviews and interview techniques when required.

A key part of this role is to work with the Resourcing lead to develop a strong "value add" reputation and demonstrate your ability and experience to hire top talent in the most cost-effective way. You will be expected to provide detailed reports to hiring mangers and HR business partners on the status of vacancies, educating, and advising them of the current demands and challenges within the recruitment market and what you are doing differently to think outside the box to ensure you are attracting the top talent.

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate solid experience of working within recruitment either in house or agency. You will have a proven ability to directly source candidates, utilising various methods to include social media and LinkedIn recruiter. You will have worked with an ATS system and be confident in analysing recruitment data to provide detailed reports. Your ability to think outside the box and do things differently to attract talent for hard to fill roles will be of real interest to my client along with your inquisitive and questioning mind. You will demonstrate outstanding stakeholder relationship skills and be proud of delivering an exceptional recruitment service across the business.
