Our firm specialzies in HR search and are partnering with a global investment firm based in Manhattan for a Senior Benefits Associate position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience and the ability to administer all employee benefits and manage HRIS systems. Key aspects of this role will include supporting the Head of Benefits in administration and execution, conducting New Hire Orientation for all US managed locations, and leading several large annual projects.
We are seeking someone who has excellent analytical and time-management skills within the professional services sector and is a strategic thinker able to take on multiple projects and collaborate with several executive positions simultaneously. This individual will have a strong knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws, ability to handle sensitive materials and superior communication skills.
