We're working with a high growth, global life sciences industry client based in Princeton, NJ to hire a Senior Global Head of Talent Acquisition. This role will report into the Global Head of HR, and will manage 1 analyst, with 20+ indirect recruiting professionals globally for whom this Senior Global Head with set the talent acquisition strategy and agenda. This role will be charged with owning all aspects of talent acquisition strategy as the company continues with rapid scaling.

This company just surpassed 1200 employees globally with plans to hire another 600 in 2022, as they move towards launching and commercialization of their products independently, in lieu of reliance on partnerships to that end. The company has organically grown from 150 employees to 1200 over the past few years, and will continue to realize scaling in the same manner. This role is more heavily focused on talent acquisition strategy vs. talent acquisition delivery. Responsibilities will include overall headcount planning, setting and managing the global recruitment budget, defining and streamlining recruitment process, setting policy, establish their partnerships, conference and branding strategy, as well as their social media presence, and creating meaningful recruitment dashboards. This leader will be expected to stay on top of the latest trends in recruitment AI and explore the implementation of such to keep the company's talent acquisition practices both efficient and leading edge.

Our client is seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with 4+ years at the strategic level, ideally gained in the life sciences sector. An entrepreneurial spirit is key for success. This is a really excellent unique opportunity for the right individual. There is a hybrid working model in place at the company with a great deal of latitude to make smart decisions as to when to work onsite and when to work from home, but one can expect to work onsite ~50% of the time.
