Our client is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who has previous experience working at both a strategic and operational level. Reporting into the CHRO, you will lead the HR operations for KSA and be responsible for delivering a pro-active HR service that focusses on performance improvement, leadership capability, and talent development.
Change management is a key theme and you will partner with the leaders to facilitate and embed effective cultural and business change. The ability to deal effectively with day to day issues, whilst having the capacity to operate at a senior level will be important. You will need to be able to conceptualise the organisations journey so that you can provide strategic advice and support to the business.
We are looking for commercial HR Business Partner who can communicate at all levels, demonstrate flexibility and have proven leadership qualities. You will have a successful track record of leading complex projects that require consensus-building, managing multiple stakeholders and execution of complex project plans. Previous experience working in Saudi is essential, Arabic is a plus but not essential.
