I am working with a leading global financial services organisation who are looking to recruit at least one Senior HRBP to partner with their Institutional Equities Division. This Division has c600 FTE employees based in London and across key European jurisdictions. This role reports into the Head of EMEA HR Business Partnering for all revenue generating product lines.
As Senior HRBP your role will focus on providing end-to-end employee life cycle support both strategically and tactically across London and the EMEA region, as well as partnering with CoE and HR colleagues based in London, EMEA, New York and Asia. The successful incumbent must be able to operate effectively across the full range of HR disciplines and be able to work with managers and colleagues at all levels across the Division.
To be considered for this role you will have a proven background within HR ideally financial services (preferred) complex matrix management structures where you can navigate the system that can operate with ambiguity as well as being relationship driven. You will have a broad understanding of the Regulatory Remuneration environment, be analytical and data driven to recommend solutions to the business. You must be able to and used to working for a demanding client group that is fast paced and expects results however you possess the credibility to influence outcomes when needed.
