Job Description

Reporting to the Global HR Director, the Senior HR Business Partner will establish trusted relationships with the business leaders to identify creative and inclusive capability, well-being, culture and talent development focused solutions to key business challenges, and actively participate in planning and implementing people initiatives and workforce solutions that are aligned with business interests. It is essential for the Senior HR Business Partner to have the foresight to develop for Future Ready talents which include strategic workforce planning across Asia Pacific, drive HR roadmaps and solutions that are linked to commercial outcomes and business strategies, collaborate with COEs functions to set the relevant talent strategies across diverse markets.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate should have at least 12 years of relevant HR business partnering experience, preferably gained in a fast paced and high growth organization. Due to the complexity of the business in the Asia region, it is essential for the candidate to familiar in a complex and matrix organization, and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills to act as a true HR advisor to stakeholders.

A proven track record of having contributed to business goals through HR transformation and the implementation of particular employee-capability-building measures, you are a strong communicator who is able to influence leadership team to lead a HR transformation across Asia region.
