Are you an established Talent Management or Learning & Development Specialist with a background focusing on the talent and performance management space? If so I am working on a role that could interest, a global financial services institution that operates in over 40 countries needs a calm and detail orientated talent management specialist to drive the agenda. This position will focus on the 360 talent cycle including managing their reviews process, succession plans, mobility strategy and more.
Furthermore, this role will own the annual performance cycle and work closely with all levels of the commercial leadership team. As this is a Centre of Excellence, the Talent Management Specialist will be given autonomy to manage the stakeholders expectations and drive the agenda across a global remit. Ideally you will be someone who has a strongly analytical background and is comfortable with the use of Excel.
The business is analysing how they deliver on their engagement cycles and this role will be a part of the team evaluating their engagement survey providers which are up for tender. A large challenge will be reviewing and working closely to build new relationships with the engagement provider as well as reviewing their end to end performance management process. Reporting into the Senior Manager for Talent & Performance this is an initial 12 month FTC supporting a maternity leave.
Paying competitively plus a completion bonus the successful candidate will likely be someone coming out of a medium to large scale business with experience operating within a Centre of Excellence.
