I am currently partnering with a leading financial services provider with around 15 million customers across their Retail and Corporate Businesses who are looking to recruit a Financial Crime Senior Learning Manager. Financial Crime is a huge growth area for the business and you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing HR solutions and initiatives within Anti-Financial Crime Training.
Within this role you will help to drive the programme management of delivery of the Anti-Financial Training Curriculum through identification of learning needs, you will have full responsibility for team capacity planning and prioritisation, governance and MI reporting, quality standards and pre-agreed budget management.
You will lead, manage and motivate a diverse and multi-disciplined Financial Crime Learning team against agreed service level agreements to deliver against the learning needs for new and existing colleagues identified by the Anti-Financial Crime Training Curriculum on time and within budget.
To be successful within this role, you will keep up to date with changes in regulation and legislation, and have deep knowledge and expertise across Financial Crime across Retail and Corporate Banking. You will also have demonstrable project and team management experience with the ability to navigate across a complex, environment dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
