The consultancy work with a broad range of organisations, across a wide variety of industries in assisting them define, develop and enhance their employee talent and talent strategy. The opportunity is to join them at a senior level, guiding, leading and motivating an high performing team of consultants in the delivery of outstanding client projects and engagements. As well as working with the existing team the role will continue to grow develop new consulting talent for the firm.
As an experienced management consulting within the talent and leadership space you will have a proven track record of engaging with c-suite and director level stakeholders to deliver creative and value add solutions that support their talent agenda. Speed and pace are demanded from clients in the delivery of their solutions and you in turn will enjoy and thrive on working within a demanding and output focussed culture. You will have gained that as a senior manager or director within a recognised human capital consulting firm and will be able to develop solutions both for clients, as well as enhance processes that help improve efficiency internally.
