As an experienced management consultant within the talent and leadership space you will have a proven and current track record of delivering seven figure sales of consulting solutions for a recognised management consultancy firm. It is essential that these sales have been made at c-suite. Speed and pace are demanded from clients in the delivery of their solutions and you in turn will enjoy and thrive on working within a demanding and output focussed culture. You will have gained that as a senior manager or director within a recognised human capital consulting firm and will be able to develop solutions both for clients, as well as enhance processes that help improve efficiency internally.
