I am delighted to be working with a dynamic and ambitious organisation about to enter into a substantial growth phase to appoint a Senior People Business Partner.
As senior people partner you will work with the People & Transformation team partnering with your client groups across two key areas of the organisation. Collectively these client groups are c.200 employees covering two of the crucial areas of the organisation. You will be responsible for delivering the strategic People strategy on a day to day basis, acting as a focal point for change within the organisation in delivering the people and transformation agenda.
This is an exciting time to join the team as they expand and grow across the whole organisation. The People and Transformation team have excelled over the last 18 months and continue to drive excellence across the organisation. Within this role you will manage all aspects of key HR initiatives including succession planning, strategic workforce planning, skills strategies for both Managers and the collective client group. You will continue to embed the People Partner model driving organisational change and design whilst maintaining a clear directive for your client group. You will promote colleague engagement and performance and coach your client groups Directors to ensure they achieve their collective goals. You will have worked on Diversity and Inclusion projects and be able to offer examples of work at a strategic level in this space.
A strategic position with a lot of autonomy this will be a fast based role and will suit a collaborative and driven senior HR professional. To be successful in this role you will have worked across similar sized organisations of c1500 employees with a diverse workforce. Although a smaller client group your stakeholders are key drivers of the growth of the organisation and will play an integral role in changes and success across the organisation. You will be an experienced HR Business Partner either in a senior role or at Business Partner level. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to partner with senior stakeholders, manage change and have an excellent HR generalist background. You will be a team player and be happy to support your colleagues. You will be organised and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will hold a CIPD or equivalent.
Salary: £64,000 + excellent benefits
