Our client, an international service provider, wants to expand their team in Germany, and they are looking for a
Senior Recruiter (m/w/d) - 100% remote in Germany
- Leading the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Defining the job description with the Hiring Manager
- Evaluate applicant qualifications against job requirements and determine who should be followed up in the recruitment process
- Become a trusted partner to Hiring Managers.
- Optimize candidate and client experience.
- Sourcing candidates through CV databases, search engines and networking sites using Boolean search language
- Connect with talent communities (phone, email, social media, etc.)
- Keep candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search
- Minimum of three years' of recruitment experience within the DACH region.
- Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
- Experience recruiting for pharma or clinical roles (experience in consumer good roles would be an advantage)
- Fluent in German and English required
